Remember that:
The voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase and is non-refundable. That is, the reservation will have to be made and redeemed within that year.
A change of date can be requested as long as it is 15 days before the arrival date. Changes will not be accepted less than 15 days before the arrival date and non-attendance will imply the loss of the right to exchange the voucher.
It is not allowed to redeem the voucher after the expiry date indicated on the gift voucher. Once expired, the voucher will be void and cannot be redeemed.
If for any reason the person wants to exchange it on a holiday/long weekend, the difference would have to be paid.
The purchase of the voucher implies the express, full and unreserved acceptance of all the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase.
