Conditions:

  • The voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase and is non-refundable. This means that the booking must be made and redeemed within that period.
  • It is allowed to change the reservation date up to 15 days before the arrival date. Changes less than 15 days in advance will not be accepted, and no-show will result in the forfeiture of the right to redeem the voucher.
  • The voucher cannot be redeemed after the expiry date stated on the voucher. Once expired, the voucher is void and cannot be used.
  • If you wish to redeem the voucher on a public holiday or bank holiday, you will have to pay the difference.
