Pets
- Pets are welcome in our accommodation
- Pet owners must collect pet droppings.
- It is forbidden to leave the animal alone in the premises of the accommodation. This seeks to avoid possible discomfort, barking or crying, as well as damage to the furniture of the house.
- Guests are asked not to allow their pets to climb beds, sofas or other furniture in the accommodation.
- En la casa Altozano, no se permite el baño en la alberca de los animales. Failure to comply with this rule may result in owners closing the pool.
- The owners will be fully responsible for the behavior of the animal, as well as for possible damage to third parties or to the property of the accommodation.
- As the owner of your dog housed in the house, you must comply with current regulations and will be responsible for those actions that may arise from the behavior of your dog, exempting the house from all responsibility. If these rules are not respected, ALOHA VERA, reserves the right to cancel your reservation and / or invite you to leave the house. We are at your disposal for any questions or requests.
To make you feel at home, we have established rules of coexistence and use that all our customers must respect:
- Check-in time: from 12:30 p.m.
- Check-out time: 12:00 a.m.
- The facilities will remain in perfect use, as they have been delivered. If any breakdown or breakage occurs, the owners of the house will be informed in the shortest possible time.
- The tranquility of the place must be respected, avoiding causing inconvenience to the neighbors of the town.
- The house is not rented for parties, bachelor parties or similar. The use of Karaokes and amplifiers is not allowed.
- In compliance with current legislation, smoking is not allowed inside the house.
- The garden will be kept perfectly clean, without throwing cigarette butts, papers, etc., and the plants that are in it will be respected.
- It will only be allowed to make fire in the places conditioned for this purpose, the barbecue and the fireplace, taking maximum security measures. In summer, it will be allowed to use charcoal and not firewood, and provided that there is no express prohibition of the Competent Authorities.
- If the stay in the house is longer than 7 days (6 nights) a change of bed linen and bath linen will be made.
