With four bedrooms and sleeps up to 7 people, our cottage offers the ideal space thoughtfully decorated for you and your loved ones to enjoy a cozy getaway.
Two bedrooms feature queen beds, offering a romantic retreat, while the other two are equipped with two twin beds, perfect for groups or families and pets.
The independent kitchen allows you to prepare delicious homemade meals, taking advantage of local products and creating unforgettable moments around the table. On the large terrace, the afternoons/evenings become the heart of the house, inviting you to relax while sharing laughter and good times with your loved ones watching the sunset with wonderful views of La Vera.

House rules
Pets
- Pets are welcome in our accommodation
- Pet owners should pick up pet droppings.
- It is forbidden to leave the animal alone on the premises of the accommodation. This is intended to avoid possible discomfort, barking or crying, as well as damage to the furniture of the house.
- Guests are kindly requested not to allow their pets to climb on the beds, sofas or other furniture in the accommodation.
- In the Altozano house, bathing in the pool for animals is not allowed. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the closure of the pool by the owners.
- Owners are fully responsible for the animal’s behaviour, as well as any damage to third parties or property ownership.
- As the owner of your dog staying in the house, you must comply with current regulations and will be responsible for those actions that may arise from your dog’s behavior, exempting the house from all liability. If these rules are not respected, ALOHA VERA, reserves the right to cancel your reservation and/or invite you to leave the house. We are at your disposal for any questions or requests.
To make you feel at home, we have established rules of coexistence and use that all our customers must respect:
- Check-in time: from 12:30 p.m.
- Check-out time : 12:00 a.m.
- The facilities will be kept in perfect use, as they have been delivered. If any breakdown or breakage occurs, the owners of the property will be informed in the shortest possible time.
- The tranquility of the place must be respected, avoiding causing inconvenience to the residents of the town.
- The house is not rented for parties, bachelor parties or similar. The use of karaoke and amplifiers is not allowed.
- In compliance with current legislation, smoking is not allowed inside the house.
- The garden will be kept perfectly clean, without throwing cigarette butts, papers, etc., and the plants found in it will be respected.
- Fires will only be allowed in places prepared for this purpose, the barbecue and the fireplace, taking the maximum security measures. In summer, the use of charcoal and not wood will be allowed, and provided that there is no express prohibition from the Competent Authorities.
- If the stay in the house is longer than 7 days (6 nights) a change of bed and bath linen will be carried out.
